By accessing or using our Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Site.
• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• You must not transmit any unsolicited commercial communications, malware, or harmful code.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

• Quotations: All product prices displayed or quoted on this Site are indicative and subject to change without notice. A firm price is provided only upon written confirmation of a commercial order.
• Availability: Product availability is not guaranteed. We will inform you promptly if an item is out of stock or discontinued after you place an enquiry.
• Authorised dealership: We are an authorised reseller for the brands listed on this Site. Warranty terms and service conditions are defined by the respective brand principal and apply in addition to these Terms.
• Specifications: Product specifications, images, and descriptions are sourced from brand principals and may be updated at any time. Always request a formal data sheet for critical purchase decisions.

3. Orders & Payments

• An enquiry or quote request submitted via this Site does not constitute a binding purchase order.
• A contract of sale is formed only upon our written acceptance and receipt of the agreed advance payment as specified in the commercial quotation.
• Prices are exclusive of GST, freight, installation, and customs duties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS), cheque, and other methods agreed in the commercial quotation. Online payment via the Site is currently not available.

4. Delivery & Installation

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, or manufacturer lead times beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping address specified in the purchase order.
• Installation, commissioning, and training are available as separately quoted services. Scope and timelines are defined in the service agreement.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Support

• Warranty terms for each product are as specified by the brand principal. REN Technologies facilitates warranty claims but is not the warranty grantor unless explicitly stated.
• AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) terms are governed by a separate service agreement and are not implied by these Terms.
• Consumables, print media, inks, and spare parts are excluded from equipment warranties unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, layouts, and code — is the property of REN Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

Brand names, logos, and product names displayed on this Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on this Site does not imply any affiliation or endorsement beyond our authorised dealership.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on information contained herein.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of this Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding three months, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
